About the team
Solutions Engineering is a small, senior team building one of the most consequential layers of the Apragya platform. You'll work directly with the founders and the engineering / product leads - decisions are made in days, not quarters.
What you'll do
- Carry a quarterly target and the runway to actually hit it - own discovery, demo, and close
- Work hand-in-glove with the founders, design partners, and the engineering team
- Help us figure out the GTM motion for an emerging category - playbooks come later, customers come now
- Bring back customer feedback that shapes the roadmap directly
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in enterprise sales / CS, with at least 2 years selling to platform / engineering buyers
- Track record of carrying and hitting quota in a complex multi-stakeholder sale
- Comfortable in a deeply technical product - you'll be in front of CTOs and platform engineers
- Bias to action over theater - we don't do quarterly planning ceremonies
Nice to have
- Prior experience in early-stage startups - you've seen what works and what doesn't
- Open-source contributions or technical writing that shows how you think
- Familiarity with our stack (Next.js 14, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Celery, Claude API)
