We believe in transparency. Here's a plain-English explanation of every cookie we use, why we use it, and how you can control them.

Performance & Analytics

Optional

These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources, and to understand how visitors move through our pages, so we can measure and improve the performance of our service. Traffic statistics are aggregated and anonymous. Session replay and heatmap data (Microsoft Clarity) records individual browsing sessions - clicks, scrolls and mouse movement - with text inputs and sensitive fields masked before they leave your browser. None of these cookies are set unless you accept analytics.

1

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you interact with the service. Cookies are widely used across the internet and are not inherently harmful.

2

How We Use Cookies

Apragya uses cookies to keep you signed in securely, remember your settings and preferences, understand how our agents are used so we can improve them, and occasionally to show you relevant marketing. We use both first-party cookies (set by apragya.ai) and third-party cookies (set by trusted partners).

3

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You can control and manage cookies in several ways. You can use our Cookie Preference Centre (accessible via the banner shown on your first visit, or from the footer). You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies - note that this may impact the functionality of some features. Most browsers allow you to view and delete cookies stored on your device.

4

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our platform are set by third parties we trust, including: Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (usage analytics), Microsoft Clarity (session replay and heatmap analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and Intercom (customer support chat). Microsoft Clarity records how you interact with our pages - clicks, scrolls and mouse movement - to produce session replays and heatmaps. Text inputs and sensitive fields are masked before they leave your browser, and Clarity only runs after you accept analytics cookies. These third parties have their own privacy policies and cookie practices which we encourage you to review.

5

Cookie Retention Periods

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Our authentication cookies expire after 30 days of inactivity. Analytics cookies expire after 13 months - these include Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, _gid) and Microsoft Clarity (_clck, which expires after 1 year, and _clsk, which expires after 1 day). Marketing cookies expire after 90 days. If you withdraw analytics consent, we disable both providers and delete their cookies immediately.

6

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
