Every business I've worked with in the last decade had the same problem. Software was the easy part - integration, automation, and intelligence were the hard parts. Teams ended up with twenty tools that didn't talk to each other, governance frameworks that nobody followed, and AI features that looked good in demos but never made it to production.
Apragya started with a simple bet: what if AI wasn't a feature you bolted onto enterprise software, but the foundation everything else ran on? What if every workflow was AI-native by default, every decision was auditable, and configuration replaced custom code as the way to fit any business?
We're a small team building this in the open, talking to teams across real estate, manufacturing, retail, professional services, and healthcare about the workflows AI should actually own.
