About the team
Solution Suite is a small, senior team building one of the most consequential layers of the Apragya platform. You'll work directly with the founders and the engineering / product leads - decisions are made in days, not quarters.
What you'll do
- Own a slice of the product, end to end - discovery, spec, ship, measure
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering from week one - no hand-offs, no documents-as-deliverables
- Talk to customers every week - early users are minutes away on a Slack DM
- Set the bar for the craft - we want category-defining design and product judgement
What we're looking for
- 5+ years shipping enterprise software at the level of craft we care about
- Strong opinions about how complex systems should feel - workflows, dashboards, AI-as-coworker UI
- Comfortable in Figma, in PR reviews, and on customer calls
- Pattern recognition for what to build, what to delay, and what to never build
Nice to have
- Prior experience in early-stage startups - you've seen what works and what doesn't
- Open-source contributions or technical writing that shows how you think
- Familiarity with our stack (Next.js 14, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Celery, Claude API)
