AI Credits are how Apragya AI meters AI usage across the platform. Your plan includes a monthly AI Credit allowance; you can buy add-on packs if you need more.
Where to see your balance
- Sidebar > AI Credits - the main usage view (everyone with a tenant role)
- Sidebar > Admin > Billing > AI Credits - the admin view with per-user breakdown
- Top bar - tiny indicator shows your personal AI Credit balance (the slice your admin assigned to you)

- Agent runs (the biggest spend for most tenants)
- Vippy conversations (the Ask sidebar item)
- Chat-to-Build outputs (Vibe Studio generations)
- Document IDP - invoice extraction, contract parsing, KYC document reading
- RAG queries from agents into your Knowledge Bases
Set up usage alerts
Org Admin > Billing > AI Credits > Alerts. Configure email + in-app alerts when the org pool drops below thresholds you set (commonly 25%, 10%, 5%). Catches a runaway usage spike before it becomes a billing surprise.
Running out before the next billing cycle? Two options: buy an add-on credit pack (one-shot, pay once, credits last forever and roll over month to month), or upgrade the plan tier (recurring, gets you more credits per cycle going forward). Pick add-on for one-time bumps; upgrade if you're consistently over.
