The left sidebar is the platform's main navigation. Here's what each top-level item does, in the order you typically use them.
- Ask Vippy - the platform's built-in AI assistant. Type a question in plain English, get an answer that pulls from your tenant's data + knowledge bases
- Suites - the three big functional areas: Business (productivity tools), Solution (Agent Builder, Workflow Canvas, Knowledge Bases), Enterprise (the apps suite)
- Apps - quick-access to every Enterprise App you have permission for (CRM, HR, Finance, Invoice & AP, etc.)
- Market - the marketplace where Org Admins install new Enterprise Apps + your team browses available agents
- AI Credits - balance + usage view; your personal allocation + the tenant-wide pool
- Help - this Help Center plus the in-app help drawer
- FAQ - frequently asked questions for new users
- More - support contact, what's new, keyboard shortcuts
What might be hidden from you
Some sidebar items are role-gated or plan-gated. If you don't see something a teammate sees, it's usually one of three reasons: your role doesn't have permission, the item isn't included on your tenant's plan, or your admin has hidden it for your team.
Tip: keyboard shortcut Cmd/Ctrl + K opens a quick-jump palette - search any app, record, or setting by name without using the sidebar at all. Faster once you learn it.
