Apragya AI stores every timestamp in UTC internally but renders them in whatever timezone YOU prefer. Same with language - the platform ships in English by default but supports any language your tenant has translations loaded for.
Where to change them
- Top-right avatar > Profile > Display tab
- Timezone dropdown - pick from the standard IANA timezones (e.g., Asia/Kolkata, America/New_York, Europe/Berlin)
- Language dropdown - shows the languages your tenant has enabled (Org Admin controls this list)
- Save - takes effect immediately, no page reload needed
What changes
- Every timestamp shown anywhere in the app renders in your timezone
- Date pickers default to your timezone
- Email + in-app notifications include timestamps in your timezone
- Reports and exports honour your timezone (CSV exports have a column header indicating which TZ is in use)
Records you create still have a 'tenant timezone' stamped on them for audit purposes - that's never overridden by personal preference. The tenant timezone is set by your Org Admin in Admin Settings > General.
