- Sidebar > Admin > Data & Privacy > Export Tenant Data
- Pick the scope: All data / All except attachments / Specific apps only / Specific users only
- Pick the format: ZIP (a folder per app, CSV files inside) or JSON (one giant manifest)
- Confirm - the platform queues the job and emails you when ready
- Large tenants take 2-24 hours to bundle; you get a one-time download link valid for 7 days

Per-user export (GDPR data-subject request)
If a user files a GDPR / DPDP / CCPA request for their personal data, use the per-user export instead: Sidebar > Admin > Users > [user] > Export their data. Generates an export covering only records they created, owned, or are mentioned in. Faster than the full export and scoped legally to the request.
Org Admin role required for both flows. The platform writes an audit_logs row for every export request so the export itself is traceable - useful for SOC 2 audits asking 'who requested what data when'.
