Apragya AI has two distinct settings surfaces - one that only affects you (Personal settings), and one that affects everyone in your tenant (Tenant / Admin settings). Knowing which is which saves a lot of confusion.
Personal settings
Top-right corner of the app > click your avatar > Profile. Things you change here only affect YOU: your name, photo, email, password, timezone, language preference, notification rules, dark mode, compact mode.
Tenant / Admin settings
Sidebar > Admin (Org Admin and above only). Things here affect EVERYONE in the tenant: the company logo, the brand colors, the chart of accounts, the available apps, RBAC policies, the SSO config, the billing details.
Common confusion: changing the timezone in YOUR profile doesn't change the tenant's default timezone. Records still get timestamped in the tenant's timezone, but YOUR view of those timestamps converts to yours. If you need the tenant default changed, ping an Org Admin.
Who can see Admin
- Org Admin - sees and edits all tenant settings
- Member - sees only Personal settings; the Admin sidebar item is hidden
- Platform Developer + SaaS Admin - see both plus extra platform-level settings
