A page is stuck loading or unresponsive

Browser cache, extensions, network - the four-step checklist when a page won't load.

If a page in Apragya AI won't finish loading, or freezes after loading, walk through these four in order. Usually it's one of the first two.

1. Hard refresh

Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R forces the browser to reload without using the cached version. Solves 60% of "stuck page" reports - the browser was holding a stale version of an asset.

2. Try an incognito / private window

If incognito works, the issue is a browser extension or cookie. Disable extensions one at a time (ad blockers and privacy extensions are common culprits) and find the offender.

3. Check the system status

Visit status.apragya.ai (linked from the footer of every page). If there's an active incident, the team is already working on it; the status page shows ETA and updates.

4. Check your network

  • Slow on every site? It's your network
  • Slow only on Apragya? Try a different network (mobile hotspot) to confirm
  • Behind a corporate VPN / proxy? Some block apragya.ai or block specific subpaths - work with your IT team
  • Behind a content security policy that blocks WebSockets? Vippy won't work; everything else should
Tip: open the browser's developer console (F12 or Cmd+Option+I) and check the Network tab. Failed requests show in red - their error often pinpoints the cause. Even if you don't understand the error, paste it into a support ticket and we can usually identify it.
