Integration not syncing? Walk through this checklist in order - the cause is usually one of these five things, ordered by frequency.
1. Token expired
Sidebar > Admin > Integrations > [the connector] > Connection Status. If it says "token expired" or "reauthorization required" - click Reconnect, walk through OAuth again, sync resumes.
2. Field mapping broken
Did someone rename a custom field in your source system (Salesforce, SAP, QBO)? The connector's field mapping might point at the old name. Check Connectors > [connector] > Field Mappings > red dots indicate broken mappings - click each to remap.
3. Rate limited
The provider hit its rate limit and the connector backed off. Usually self-resolves within an hour. Check Connectors > [connector] > Sync Log - rate-limited rows show in yellow with the retry time.
4. Permission revoked
Someone in the source system revoked the connector's permissions (Salesforce admin disabled the integration, SAP basis team rotated the service account). Reconnect with current credentials.
5. Sync mode misconfigured
Check Connectors > [connector] > Sync Settings. If sync direction is set to "one-way: Apragya -> source" but you're expecting records to flow INTO Apragya, flip it.
