Enterprise apps (CRM, HR, Finance, Invoice & AP, Contracts, and so on) come from the marketplace. Only Org Admins can install them - this is a tenant-wide action.
Browse and pick
- Sidebar > Market - the catalog of available apps
- Filter by suite (Business Ops / People Ops / Customer Ops / Industry Verticals) or by industry
- Click any app card to see what's inside: included modules, bundled AI agents, plan tier required
- Some apps are available on every plan; others require Business or Enterprise tier
Install
- On the app card, click Install
- Review what gets created (the bundled agents, default config, optional sample data)
- Confirm - the install takes 10-30 seconds depending on the app
- Once installed, the app shows up under Sidebar > Apps and on your home screen
Give your team access
Installing the app doesn't automatically grant access to your users. After install, go to Sidebar > Admin > RBAC > [the app] > assign which roles can use which features. Most apps come with sensible defaults - Members get read/create on their own records, Admins get the full surface.
Apps don't cost anything to install - you pay AI Credits at runtime when an agent inside the app actually runs. So installing 10 apps just because they look interesting doesn't cost anything; the cost is when an agent fires.
