Three places to find an Enterprise app in Apragya AI:
1. Sidebar > Apps
The shortcut list of every app you have access to. Click any to open the app's main view.
2. Sidebar > Suites > Enterprise
Full marketplace-style view - shows your installed apps grouped by suite (Business Ops / People Ops / Customer Ops / Industry). Useful when you want to compare what's installed across suites.
3. Home screen pinned tiles
Apps you've pinned (see: customize-your-home-view) show big on the home screen. Quickest way to your daily apps.
An app should be there but isn't?
- Check Sidebar > Market - is the app installed for your tenant? If yes, you'll see Installed badge; if no, ask your Org Admin to install
- If installed but you don't see it: your role doesn't have permission. Ask Org Admin to grant access via RBAC
- If installed AND you have permission but the sidebar item is missing: hard refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) - the sidebar caches for performance
- If still missing: the app might be off-plan. Sidebar > Market > [app] shows the required plan tier
