Disconnect an integration

Remove a connector cleanly - what stays, what goes, and how to reverse it.

Disconnecting an integration revokes the OAuth tokens and stops the sync. Most disconnects are reversible - reconnect by going through the OAuth flow again.

Disconnect

  • Sidebar > Admin > Integrations > Connectors
  • Find the connector, click the row to open the detail view
  • Top-right > Disconnect > confirm
  • OAuth tokens revoked at the provider; the connector marked inactive in Apragya

What happens to data

  • Data already synced into Apragya STAYS - records, mappings, sync history all preserved
  • In-flight sync jobs are cancelled; partial writes get rolled back
  • Bound channel mappings (e.g., Slack channel -> Apragya event) are kept but go silent
  • Re-enabling later resumes from where you left off, picking up new changes since disconnect
Some providers also need you to revoke access on THEIR side - Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Slack all let you see connected apps in their admin panel. Apragya revoking the token usually flows through, but for full cleanup, revoke on both sides.

Reconnect later

Same Connectors screen, find the connector, click Reconnect. Walk through OAuth again. The platform restores any saved mappings and starts syncing fresh changes.
