Dashboards are how you keep an eye on the numbers that matter without digging into each app. Apragya AI has both personal dashboards (just for you) and tenant dashboards (visible to everyone with permission).
Add a widget
- Home screen > Add Widget (top-right)
- Pick the source - an app (CRM, Invoice & AP, Finance, etc.) and the entity inside it (deals, invoices, employees)
- Pick the widget type - Number (single metric), Chart (bar/line/pie/donut), Table (filtered list), Gauge, Funnel
- Configure the filter + the metric (e.g., "sum of amount where stage = Closed-Won AND created_at this month")
- Save - widget appears immediately on your home screen
Personal vs tenant widgets
- By default, widgets you create are PERSONAL - only you see them
- Org Admins (and roles with dashboard.share permission) can mark a widget as Tenant - then it appears on the tenant dashboard for everyone
- Tenant widgets respect RBAC - users only see the data their role permits, so the same widget can show different numbers to different people
Widget data refreshes on a configurable schedule - default is 5 minutes. Real-time widgets (1-minute refresh) are available on Business+ plans. Heavy widgets (millions of rows) cap at 15-min refresh to protect database performance.
