If Apragya AI feels slow, the cause is almost always one of three things. Figuring out which one cuts your troubleshooting time in half.
1. Is it your network?
- Try fast.com - if your speed test shows less than 10 Mbps, the problem is your network, not us
- Try Apragya on a different network (mobile hotspot, different WiFi)
- Behind a corporate proxy/VPN? Those add latency; the slowness might be entirely on their side
2. Is it your browser?
- Try an incognito window - no extensions, fresh cache
- Try a different browser entirely (if you usually use Chrome, try Firefox or Safari)
- Check tabs open in your browser - 50+ tabs makes everything slower
3. Is it us?
- Check status.apragya.ai - if there's an active performance incident, the team is on it
- Slowness on specific pages but not others? Often a heavy database query - file a bug with the URL, and we'll optimise
- Slowness on agent runs? That's expected - agent runs take 800ms to 8s depending on complexity (cheaper Haiku models are fastest; Opus is slowest)
For ongoing performance work: Sidebar > Profile > Help > Performance Report - sends a snapshot of your last 24 hours of timing data to our performance team. Useful when slowness is intermittent and hard to pin down.
