A tenant is your isolated workspace on Apragya AI - your data, your team, your billing, your AI Credits pool. Setting one up takes about five minutes, and the first-run choices you make (region, currency, taxonomy) set the defaults that every app you install inherits later.
1. Create your account
- Head to apragya.ai/register and sign up with your work email - the email domain becomes the seed of your tenant's identity defaults.
- Verify the email (link is valid for 30 minutes). If you don't see it, check spam or trigger a resend from the same screen.
- Choose a plan or start the free trial. Trial includes everything in Business plan; no card needed.
2. What a tenant actually is
Each tenant is a multi-tenant slice of the platform with its own users, apps, agents, audit logs, and AI Credits pool. Nothing leaks between tenants - not data, not models, not configuration. You'll see your tenant ID (ten_...) in the top-right of the app once you're in.
3. The first-run checklist
- Company name + logo: Admin Settings > Branding. Used in invites, emails, and the app header.
- Region + data residency: pick the closest region. Multi-region tenants land in Q4 2026; for now pick once.
- Default currency: Admin Settings > General. Supports 30+ currencies; affects every Finance, Invoice, and Sales record going forward.
- Taxonomy: Admin Settings > Taxonomy. Rename the platform's object categories (Enterprise App, Agent, etc.) if your team uses different language.
- SSO (enterprise only): wire SAML or OIDC now if you have an IdP - users provisioned later inherit the SSO setup.
Most of these are reversible later, but currency and taxonomy slugs become awkward to change once you have records in flight. Spend two extra minutes here to save an hour later.
