Business Suite: everyday AI tools for every user

AI Chat, Writing Assistant, Image Generator, Code Assistant, and Meeting Transcription - all in the browser, all metered against your AI Credits pool.

The Business Suite is the everyday-productivity side of Apragya AI. It's what most of your team touches every day: AI Chat, Writing, Image Generation, Code, Transcription. Nothing to install, no models to manage, no separate accounts - it's the same tenant, the same identity, the same AI Credits pool as the rest of the platform.

The tools

  • AI Chat - a general-purpose assistant for research, brainstorming, and quick answers. History stays in the user's workspace and can be shared with teammates
  • Writing Assistant - drafts, edits, translates, tone-shifts. Fine for a client email or a full marketing brief
  • Image Generator - visual content from text prompts. Attach reference images to steer style; the outputs land in the shared media library
  • Code Assistant - explanations, refactors, unit tests, and small scripts. Not a full IDE, but plenty for the ad-hoc coding your operations team does
  • Transcription - drop an audio or video file (or a meeting recording) and get an accurate transcript with speaker labels and searchable timestamps

Who it's for

Everyone. Business Suite is deliberately low-ceremony - no admin setup, no per-user configuration. If a user has access to the tenant and their plan includes it, they can open any tool and use it. Usage flows through the same AI Credits pool as agent runs, so admins get one bill to reason about.

Where the AI Credits go

Each tool consumes AI Credits per interaction. The pricing page shows the typical monthly usage a plan allowance covers; a light user might make a few dozen calls a day, a heavy user (drafting content full-time) might make several hundred. Admins can set per-user allocations if a specific team consistently runs heavy.

Every Business Suite artifact - chat sessions, generated images, transcripts, code snippets - is soft-tagged to the user's active company when Multi-Company is on. The user can freely re-tag or untag; nothing about these outputs is legally binding, so the tagging is UX-soft, not enforced.
