AI Credits are the unit Apragya AI uses to measure AI usage across every app on the platform. One unit, every feature - agents, document processing, Vippy conversations, chat, image generation. It keeps the balance simple to reason about no matter which capability your team leans on.
How your plan includes AI Credits
Every plan comes with a monthly AI Credits allowance sized for typical usage at that tier. Starter, Business, and Enterprise plans each include a different allowance; the pricing page shows the exact amount per tier. Allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Where AI Credits get spent
- AI agents built in Vibe Studio (customer-facing chatbots, invoice reviewers, contract summarizers, etc.)
- Vippy's chat, drafting, and code-generation flows on every page
- Document processing - invoice extraction, contract review, form parsing
- Knowledge-base retrieval - your team's docs powering agent answers
- Content generation surfaces - drip-campaign drafts, summaries, translations
Monitoring usage
Admin Settings > Usage shows your org's current balance, what's been consumed this cycle, and a per-team / per-app breakdown so you can see where your credits are going. The dashboard also surfaces a projection of whether you're on track to finish the cycle inside your plan.
Per-user allocations
Your Org Admin can split the org's monthly allowance across users and apps so no single user accidentally consumes the whole pool. Common pattern: give heavier users (finance team running document processing all day) a larger slice than lighter users (sales team using Vippy occasionally).
When you need more
- Add-on AI Credits packs top up your pool immediately - useful for one-time or seasonal spikes
- Upgrading to a higher plan tier is the right move if the extra usage is your new normal - bigger allowance every cycle, plus more capabilities unlock
- Add-on pack credits roll over month to month - unused credits don't expire. Plan-tier credits reset at each billing cycle
